We provide the Backend Certs website, course materials and study application. For a purchase made through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and authorised reseller. The seller identified at checkout and on your receipt handles that sales transaction under its Buyer Terms. These terms govern our provision of the study product and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
2. What you receive
Redis Associate Developer Practice is an independent preparation product with learning materials, practice questions and mock exams. The current version is in English and uses JavaScript / node-redis v5. The offer identifies the included content, technical requirements, price and access period before purchase.
The current offer is a one-time purchase providing 365 days of access from activation, without automatic renewal. Your order’s stated access period applies to that purchase. Activation follows verification of payment. When access expires, completed study history remains available through your account; starting or continuing practice requires active access.
You need internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript and necessary cookies enabled, and a GitHub account for sign-in. Practice is delivered through the website. Any optional local exercises list their own software requirements. Access to the service is not a promise of an offline download.
Backend Certs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Redis. Your purchase does not include an official certification, exam voucher or official exam questions. Practice scores do not guarantee an exam result. Announced interests in other languages or future products do not form part of your purchase.
3. Purchasing and payment
Review the offer and these terms before continuing to Lemon Squeezy checkout. You can review or correct checkout details before placing the order. The final amount, currency and applicable taxes are shown there before you confirm payment. Opening checkout does not by itself complete a purchase.
Lemon Squeezy provides your transaction confirmation and receipt electronically. Keep those records. Contact tomas.svojanovsk11@gmail.com if payment is confirmed but access is missing, and include your order reference. Do not send card details.
Our Refunds & Withdrawal policy explains cancellation, statutory withdrawal and problems with a purchase. Deleting an account or choosing not to use the course is not itself a refund request.
4. Your account and permitted use
Your access is personal and intended for your own study. Keep your GitHub account secure and use the same account to return to your study history. You may use the materials and make personal study notes during your access period.
You must not share or resell account access, publish or redistribute the question bank or explanations, systematically extract our materials, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. These restrictions do not override uses permitted by mandatory law.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. A restriction does not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.
5. Availability, corrections and complaints
We maintain the service and may correct study materials or provide updates needed to keep the product in conformity with the contract. Maintenance or faults may temporarily interrupt access. We will not use an update to remove the essential content or access already purchased without an appropriate remedy.
If content or access does not match the offer, report the problem to tomas.svojanovsk11@gmail.com or use account support. You do not need account access to make a complaint. Describe the problem and, for purchase issues, include an order reference if available.
Your statutory rights concerning defective or undelivered digital content or services remain available. Depending on the circumstances, these include bringing the product into conformity, a price reduction or termination and reimbursement. A loss of the change-of-mind withdrawal right, where legally applicable, does not remove these rights. We handle consumer complaints within the periods required by applicable law.
6. Personal information
Our Privacy Policy describes the information used for accounts, study, payments and support, together with your GDPR rights. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.
7. Applicable law and disputes
Czech law governs these terms with the study provider. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of protections that cannot be excluded under the law applicable in your country of habitual residence. Nothing here limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, or requires you to bring proceedings only in the Czech Republic.
For a consumer dispute with us that cannot be resolved directly, you can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, through its alternative dispute resolution service. For a dispute about a Lemon Squeezy sales transaction, also contact the merchant identified on your receipt. This does not affect your right to go to court or another competent dispute-resolution body.
8. Changes and contact
The offer and terms applicable to your order govern that purchase. Future changes will not retroactively reduce your purchased rights. We will communicate material changes to an ongoing service where required. You can save or print this page for your records.
