Your access

Your account shows whether Redis practice access is active and when it ends. Sign in with the same GitHub account on each device. The offer shows the access period before checkout; access starts when it is granted and does not renew automatically.

After expiry, you can return to your completed study history. Starting or continuing study requires active access.

Payments and refunds

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Your order is confirmed only after the server verifies the payment. If confirmation is taking time, use Check again on your payment return page before starting another purchase.

If checkout is unavailable, you can still use your account and any access already granted to you. For a payment or refund question, send a request from your account with your order reference. A request is reviewed; it is not an automatic refund.

Learning and mock exams

Learning combines questions, concept notes, documentation and explanations. Mock exam 1, Mock exam 2 and Mock exam 3 each contain 65 questions with a 90-minute limit. Answers are saved; exam explanations appear after completion.

This is the JavaScript / node-redis v5 version. All learning and questions are in English. The sets share scenario families, so similar topics may repeat. Scores are internal practice feedback, with no guaranteed certification outcome.

Use Report a problem beside a question to include the relevant question context. For account or technical help, use the support form.

Register interest in Python, Java or C# / .NET preparation. Other variants are not available yet.

Account data and deletion

Your profile comes from GitHub sign-in. The service stores your study activity, access records and requests so that you can return to them. Payment details are handled at checkout.

You can download account data and send a deletion request from your account. Finish an active exam before exporting. A saved request remains open for manual review; it does not erase data by itself. Check Your requests for the response.
